Check that all windows and doors are locked and that there are no signs of forced entry.

Check any leakage from the meter including dripping faucets and overflowing toilets.
-Heat and ventilation
Check thermostat to see if it is set at the correct temperature. Monitor temperature in house to insure that the heating equipment is working correctly. Air out room or house, if appropriate.
-Advise owner of pressing issues
If anything in the weekly inspection requires attention then we will immediately contact the owner, advise of situation, make recommendations and take instructions
-Mail Box
Check mail box for mail and handle as requested by owner. Scanning of mail and send it by email to the owner.
